Sruti Patnaik is the Founder and President of Twinkle Academy a nonprofit organization working to bring back the twinkle in those innocent eyes. She is an IT Executive at a Fortune 300 company.  Her day revolves around her work and her nights and weekends around her 150 children. Two here in the US and 148 others in the Little Twinkle Academy School in India.

Brad Waite

Chief Financial Officer

Brad is a former CPA who spent 8 years in public accounting and internal auditing for two major corporations before moving into information technology roles for the next 32 years.  Over the last 10 years he has been the treasurer of several non-profits, and is currently the treasurer of one.  Among his passions are hiking and being outdoors in nature in general, and helping to combat climate change.

Sumita Patnaik

Sumita Patnaik, a board member of Twinkle Academy has been actively involved in many volunteering activities ( HOSTS program, Boys and Girls Club, Big Brothers and Big Sisters) besides her professional career as a Software Analyst at Barclays , Wilmington, DE. She is also an author and loves writing Children's Books. She loves kids and likes to spend time with them, reading to them, mentoring them in Maths, Science and other subjects as well personal development.
